WWS sales executives are responsible and accountable for the gross profit achievement from within their assigned region and/or a vertical group of accounts. The position pays a competitive base salary along with exceptional, lucrative commissions, bonuses and other incentives. Our top performers earn mid 6 figures annually. This is a home office position.

To achieve this level of compensation, you must proficiently execute all of the typical sales functions, including, but not limited to:

  • Effective time utilization that focuses on being productive, and not merely being busy.
  • Profit maximization – performance measurement, commissions, bonuses, and other incentives are based on Gross Profit achievement.
  • Constantly prospect for new business opportunities for WWS services and products.
  • Build and maintain positive work relationships with your clients to create trusted advisor status that facilitate loyalty and generate both immediate and long-term profit for WWS along with constant commissions for you.
  • Effectively use productivity tools – MS office, LinkedIn, the Internet and CRM system to identify, qualify, track, report, propose and close profitable opportunities.
  • The qualities you need to succeed in this job include: interpersonal, technical, organizational, communication, prospecting, presentation, persuasive and decision-making skills.
